RE: After Hours Club I still believe that WB doesn't care about some guy building a Batmobile in his own garage for his own amusement. Of course most likely they do care about anyone selling Batmobiles or Batmobile kits, no matter what they call them (Gothic Avenger, etc.). The question is, what about the people who buy these kits? Does WB consider these molded bodies and parts to be their property? As long as you are building your own car from scratch, without buying an "unauthorized" body kit I don't think you have anything to worry about. Even if you did buy your kit you might be okay, but who knows? |
