RE: Mark takes a beating So, the teacher gets aquitted, or was it charges dropped? Anyhow, if I remeber the backstory, she started with this kid 3 months after she got married. Now how does that make the HUSBAND feel?? Dang, your wife is not only a cheating whore, but she chose a 14 year old! On a side note, everyone remember back to being 14, who would have turned down the chance with her? AND who the heck told? the kid? Or was he braggin so dang much, the other kids told? I think I'd a kept the candy to myself.... |

A teacher having underage-sex with a pupil? 
Imagine what would be said if the teacher was male and the 14year old female!!!!  
We have a thing going on just now which goes like this.. Female teacher has her mobile phone stolen at work by a pupil. She just happens to have a video of her, err 'pleasing herself' & apparently also another having sex with a man. Thing is the first video ends up on a whole lotta people's (pupils included) phones as it gets passed around (apparently now available online). She now suffers the embarasment of whoever, having a little video of her on their phone, and as far as I'm aware (I'm also a teacher) can also be sacked and stuck off teaching cause she "has brought pornographic images into school". Must be the only profession where somebody comits a crime against you and you get sacked & struck off from your profession forever (potentially can also be put on the 'sex offenders register' for 5 years). 
Seems a bit harsh (in the enlightened 21st century), but if you poke a bear with a stick your gonna get mauled!!!! Mr A

RE: Mark takes a beating That happened here where I live, the state dropped all charges at the request of the mother of the 14-year-old boy. All the cops in town are pissed off at her preferential treatment. If it had been a man they would have put him under the jail.

Oh, I agree with you, because I now have age and wisdom. I just know that when I was his age.... most of us are looking at it through the eyes of a 14 year old, putting ourselves in his place, if you will. |

I wasn't much older than that my first time and I don't think I would live to regret it if it was with her. Boys are just different than girls. |

RE: Mark takes a beating Without a doubt, the rules are different for girls. Parents are hypocritical though. I have two friends who's wives and girlfriends are at least HALF as old as they are. My Ex-wife was 20 years younger than me. While my friends and family didn't care, her family was weary and her friends were livid about the whole thing. Here parents put up with it because she had nice cars, money, clothes a place to live and she was still going to college (that I paid for) so they couldn't bitch. But they still had a problem with it. My friend's wife's family saw it as a gold mine because he has a huge amount of cash and they use it to get money from her. The day the two of them got married, her family started getting her to buy them stuff. One of my other friends is quite wealthy, and his girlfriends parents practically threw her at him when they found out how much money he had. You don't see Anna Nicole's family complaining. So it's a f'ed up perception as a whole. The student/teacher relationship should have been the entire focus of this and it wasn't, it came down to how society would respond to their decision. But if it was a male teacher and a female student???? They'd have fried him! And the girl would have been thrown into therapy.
