RE: [CONTEST]Embarrasing Bat Photos The photo was taken @ Cars of the Stars, Ingliston, Near Edinburgh, Scotland. Phone number is (0131) 3331117. The collection is owned by Peter Nelson. The rest of the collection is @ Standish Street, Keswick, Cumbria, England (the heart of the Lake District). Phone number is (Museum= (017687) 73757 or Office=(017687) 72090 International : +44 17687 72090. Website = www.carsofthestars.com The layout is done like the Batcave with a dummy Keaton in full Batsuit. The instrument panel might have come from the movie, I don't know but you can try phoning the place and talking to the staff (they have been very helpfull in the past. I know that many cars in the collection are film used, but havn't spoke to Peter about his 89, yet. Photography is not allowed (due to contractual obligations?) but they have allowed me to take a few pictures in the past. I would say that I'm very jealous of Peter!!!! One car would do me, but he has so many!

RE: [CONTEST]Embarrasing Bat Photos Mr A. My favorite car in Peter's collection is the Knight Rider Convertible. Check out the buttons on the switchpod (aka steering column), specifically, the button opposite the "C" button for the convertible top. Personal fave...

RE: [CONTEST]Embarrasing Bat Photos oops, let me fix that. n/m, wait a minute... No, I've been a Batman "fan" since 88', I just resently found this webpage [with others]. I'd come home EVERY day after kindergarden and watch BATMAN on VHS while eating a p & j sandwich. I had everything too, t-shirts, magazines, trading cards, action figures, lots of batmobiles, posters, video games, comic books... Then one by one they all got destroyed...Now I'm recollecting everything I had, from ebay. I now find myself watching BATMAN again after work, still eating a p & j sandwich. Now that I'm an adult I WANT to build a batmobile, with costume too. That's my dramatic batman life. ps I promise everyone I'll post pics.
