RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Does someone have the BIG Tyco Tumbler?? My local Walmart is clueless and I'm not ordering online...well, not yet.

I'm dying to see how it turned out though!

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Not yet but my wife knows that $100 is already spent!

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

I ordered "The Art of Batman Begins" from Wal-mart and it took forever to get here and it was very poorly packed, just thrown in a large box with a piece of paper.

The order before that was for the 1/64 cars and they cancelled it without notifying me.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Don't get in a hurry. Remember Wal-Mart is having a special Batman Begins day on the 16th. I'm sure they will have a ton of new things for us to spend our hard earned money on. Just don't tell my wife.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

What's the one in the middle?
Is that the jumping one?

 From: Tim | Posted: 6/9/2005 10:22:07 PM |

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Yeah, it's the smaller one. It really jumps too, very cool. I hope the 1/6 car jumps.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Is it steerable? Doesn't look like u can move the front wheels?

 From: Tim | Posted: 6/10/2005 1:24:51 AM |

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Yes, but it doesn't turn very much.

So is the jumping one only available in Walmart?

I thought you were going to bed??? Hey DH, did YOUR shirts accidentally have Tim's CD in them?

 From: Webmaster | Posted: 6/11/2005 4:31:06 AM |

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Coulnd't sleep.

Nope.
No CD in my shirt

And no cash like I was promised.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

I got the small jumping one at Toys R Us fo $39. The $99 1/6 car is a Wal-Mart exclusive and I don't think it jumps.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

At 1:6 scale, it'd definitely be bigger than Richman's Batmobile, right?

Not sure if I have any room in my collection. I might have to give up on Tumbler merchandise.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Yes, it's 32" x 16" x 18".

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Thanks

Just ordered it online.

Good thing I'm not a Batman Fan.
Otherwise I"d have to pick up all those other toys and figures, too.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Yeah, I'm more of a Batmobile fan too, but I do get some of the other stuff.

I wish I could have told you six months ago that you would be paying $100 for an R/C Tumbler!

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

When's the hotwheels one coming out???? That's the one I'm most looking forward to. It's the most accurate.

 From: Naven | Posted: 6/12/2005 9:49:52 AM |

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

The Bandai model from Japan is the most accurate. They really messed up the Hot Wheels one.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Which Hot Wheels are you talking of? 1:18 diecast?

 From: Naven | Posted: 6/12/2005 12:49:44 PM |

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Yep, see http://www.chickslovethecar.com/replies.asp?page=3&splash=T&strID=449&txtSearch=

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Yeah, the 1:18 has some big problems. I will still be getting it though, of course.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Would this be a rare item in a year or two since this is walmart exclusive? Much like Richman Toy's?

Anyone know how much Richman Toy's batmobile cost back in 1989.
Now it costs 200+ for sure.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

Anyone know if this thing's available in store or when it will be available?

Thanks
