Where Are The Now?

I'm looking to see the cars in their glory, both to simply see the cars with my own two eyes and to get some good model building reference pics.

I ran a Google search for the Kilmermobile, and came up with this place:

http://www.yodaslair.com/carmuseum/1995a.htm

Anyone else know of where the other cars might be stashed, someplace like the one linked above or just out on display somewhere?

Yeah, the originals are in a storage building at Warner Bros.
There are a few replicas out there, but most are made from scratch,
so the details are pretty off.

What happened to the Keatonmobiles that used to be at Six Flags? Did they just get too beat up to be left on display anymore? I used to see pictures all the time, but the first I went it was nowhere to be seen.

RE: Where Are The Now?

There were 3 full-size Kilmer cars at the WB archives when I was there. One looked pretty hammered. The 5 foot (approx.) model was awesome! They even fired up the flame engine for us. It was used in that up-the-back-alley-wall scene.

RE: Where Are The Now?

Sorry I forgot, Mr. Moore couldn't believe that it was a Jay car when I told him. He told me that Barris assured him that it was a real screen used car when he sold it to him.

And if memory serves me right it was the same dimensions as my 89. Blows that 89 - 92 theorem out of the water!!

Jack has access to the same info I have.
He doesn't like when people talk out their ass, and demands proof thereof.

As well as I do!!

RE: Where Are The Now?

Actually I don't think I'm all that demanding, no not at all. Sadly I've been so busy with the move that I've had very little BS time, sorry.

On a very sad note while watching last night American Hot Rod I found out that Roy passed away. This would have been a long time ago because it was before the Semi show. Very sad he was one of my favorites on the show. Old Boyd can't catch a break. He has lost all of his best folks. RIP Roy......
