STAR CAR CLUB may actually meet!! Zounds!
Hey my batbuds!
As many of you know, I tried with a 66 batmobile owner's club, (still havent given up) but a get together would be a once in a lifetime, take vacation time and drive to Jersey kinda thing, so the next best thing I came up with was a STAR CAR club here in LA. I searched the internet, left posts on KITT sites, Herbie Sites, and three times I ALMOST got three cars together. An ecto left the state, my General Lee decided to drop the engine and let it sit now for over 5 years...
But after that cruisin' for cure show, and hooking up with
the BTTF Delorean, I had new hope! Then my batbud Brian called and said he knew a guy who wanted to do a TV segment on star cars and their owners, so we went into high gear again!
So unless it rains (pray hard!) We have a YES I WILL SHOW UP from the following cars: my 66 Batmobile MarkT. Mach 5 an ecto-1 ghostbuster ambulance
a General Lee
and the BTTF DeLorean
(Starsky and Hutch hasn't called back!)
And if you know of anyone with a finished KITT or Herbie or A-Team VAN or any of these in Los angeles Let them know NOW! The Star Car Club is officially Open!!

That sounnds like it could be fun to go to.
I hope that it is still going next year after October, and maby I could plan on trying to attend a meet.
In the meantime.......salutes to all those who put the time and effort, and love , and devotion, into making their dream car a reality.
