Batman Special Edition "Building the Batmobile" Impression

Where is it?
None of your east coasters have the DVD's yet?
I got mine during lunch but I'm still 2 hours away before I can go home and watch.

***Raise your hand if you think Nitro sucks (and not b/c he's queer)***

Anyway, I only got to watch the 'Building the Batmobile' part.
It's basically John Evans talking few things about the car we already know from here and other people talking about how cool the batmobile is.
There's really no new information here except for the part about the front lights. Clip shows few shots of batmobile in build stage but not to an extent Jack was hoping for.

Anyway, here are some screen grabs I took

RE: Batman Special Edition

I enjoyed it, but as DH said, most of what was said we have already covered here. And as I have been saying for years it is based on a Chevrolet Impala not the Corvette, as so many people believe. I only wish that the two-disk version were released years ago. I could have sat through two hours of the building of the Batmobile. Overall it is well worth having. The gadget section was very good as well. I did research on the weapons years ago under John Evans name to see how many of his props were patented. John had pages of patents on many chemical processes, engineering designs and electronic items. The man is a true genius, but never patented any of his bat props.

RE: Batman Special Edition

I just sat through and watched both Batman and Returns special disc. I am somehwat little disapointed. All the extra material were on second disc but there really wasn't anything new or insightful from what I saw. And Michael Keaton didn't even participate in this new DVD. All we see of him are interviews from 90's. And not enough tribute to Anton Furst

RE: Batman Special Edition

The Batman and Robin Special Edition Batmobile build video was the best of them all. I wish they would have done that for the 89 or even the Kilmer car. Oh well.
