Dee, any luck with the kit?

Did you ever get yourself a kit? I just got good news from my friend who is building Dan's car... He is pricing around to have one of his shells molded soon, so he is gonna let the first couple people have a discount (I'm working on getting the numbers down from him, but he doesn't know what its gonna cost yet). So now you can contact Paul (if you can talk him into pulling another body), Kevin (if his ass ever gets around to finishing his molds!) or one of the few other people around to get your body if you haven't already. I wasn't sure, but it seemed like you had it on the way when we last brought up the subject?

PS - Last shirt is finally off backorder, and should be arriving here in 3-4 days. It'll take 20 minutes to print, then off to the post with your stuff, and Jack's DVD's.

RE: Dee, any luck with the kit?

Oh don't worry, me too! He has taken quite some time to get this far. I have seen his '66 molds (I will go by next week when I return from Mexico and try to get some pics) so I know he is serious, but he has not started molding it yet. He's in the same spot Kevin is!

BUT he builds a helluva '89 (Carmel car, among others). Its nice to pick his brain about things. And believe it or not, YOU have actually helped HIM out Jack (and Kevin too!). Whenever you guys give me information that is useful for a build, I pass it to him and he likes learning new techniques. Jack, did you ever use those numbers I sent you to figure out the wheel measurements for Dan?

I haven't yet J. Christmas is my time of year. The toy shops are hoppin at the moment so I haven't really had time to do anything which annoy's me a little. I have to ring a guy tomorrow about a kit and we'll see how it goes from there. I need it completed by April so i'll have to get my scates on.
Cheers on the t's end of things. Look forward to having my first irish coffee out of my new mug
