Scratch build Tumbler in Card

Hi Guys

I've just joined the group, and i wondered If I could ask for help please.

The Bandai Kit is exhorbitantly expensive from the sole Importer here in the UK so i am thinking of attempting a card model maybe 1;12th scale,
can anyone help me with how the full size car was put together??

Sincerely

Tom Scotland UK

RE: Scratch build Tumbler in Card

Is a card model a model made out of all flat parts? Instead of a tree holding several irregularly shaped parts, a card model kit seems like it would be easy to recreate on several flat plastic "sheets" with each panel of the body outlined so that they can be cut out and glued together. Since the Tumbler body is made up of almost entirely flat panels most of the exterior could be easily be recreated this way, if only we had accurate measurements for the lengths and angles of each panel.
