  Tumbler Merchandise
 From: Dave | Posted: 6/13/2005 3:35:58 PM |

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

I haven't seen it on the shelves so I'm guessing it'll be out after the movie opens OR when Walmart has their big Begins event this week.

For $99.00 it looks like a great bargain for that price. Plus, I'm sure it could be "corrected" for accuracy.

It looks like a bathroom spider from distance.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

LOL! Looks more accurate than the 1/64 Hot Wheels!

 From: Tim | Posted: 6/13/2005 10:48:15 PM |

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

It is better than the 1/64. The front tires are a little too far apart, but this is bubble bath, who cares. It makes great bubbles. I will upload pics of that next!

Close up on the Hottoys capsule toy.

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

You know I really don't have the money to buy all of this new stuff. I guess I'll just have to sell some blood....

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

The one above is just a 2-3 inch capsule toy.

Should only cost you less than 10 dollars.

Is it available now? Where do you get it?

RE: Tumbler Merchandise

It's a little steep at 39+ dollars.

You might find someone selling individual capsule on ebay once it's available.

REgarding the 1/6th -

My wife had just picked one up for me when I read a review on it on www.gadgetmadness.com and told her to return it.

The front wheels don't even touch the ground!! There's a small wheel under the body that actually does the steering! Very short range, etc
The smaller jumping version is supposed to be much much better. I've attached the link to the review - scroll down past the pic for the review:

For $100, I had expected much more.

Crap,
I just put mine in the storage and never even bothered to open it.

OH well,
It will then be offered as another giveway next year.
