RE: Dukefest 2006

Wouldn't it be nice if Batmobile owners were treated this way?

Special Message for General Lee Owners

Hey All Y'all General Lee owners,

From the way things are already shaping up, DukesFest in Music City is going to be by far the biggest Hazzard County shindig ever! And of course, it wouldn't be DukesFest without the General Lee (The real star of the show, as we all know). We want make this year special for all the General Lee owners. We know how much work goes into them and we know how far many of y'all have to come. So this year "Hazzard County display cars," Generals, Police cars, Daisy's Jeeps, etc… Will be assigned a special entrance and the occupants will receive free tickets for the weekend. (Don't sweat it if you've already paid we'll refund your money at the gate.) We'll have a place of honor for the all The Generals and a separate viewing area for the other Hazzard cars. (more...)

That's fine with me if you don't mind sharing a room and a single bed with your brother...

RE: Dukefest 2006

Seriously. I might even end up goin on my own cos the brother has just had a disc removed from his back. I asked him did he piss off Batman but he didn't get it. Either way he'll probably be out of action for a while and don't think he'd survive the 8hr plane journey. So i'd be lookin for a hotel close to the Fest.

RE: Dukefest 2006

Y, is it a bit of a hole???? How many of you guys are going??? U goin Tim???

Hay look at this catagory
4 TV & Movie: Any model built to look like a car on any TV or Movie other than the Dukes. Like Knight Rider, Herbie, Fast & Furious, etc..

Now there's a place to bring a finished 89 or 66. Rusty might be finished by then.

RE: Dukefest 2006

From Ireland? I don't know but most of them, it's a decent size airport.

I checked Bestfares.com and their cheapest fare was about $500 with 2 stops. That was American Airlines.

By the way, Rusty (and everyone else) the little icons only work for the top 5 posts so that is probably why you missed this.
