Hey Dudes,

I'm not sure if you've seen this one. Just in case you haven't, I scanned my copy of Oct-Nov 1989 issue of Street Machine Magazine with the Batmobile on the cover. The article is pretty cheesy, but the photos aren't bad.

Does anyone have an extra copy of this magazine?  I would love to buy one.  New to this board so not sure about info on this particular batmobile?

Scott they come up on E-bay quiet alot. Do you have the Aussie magazine Modern Motor as well ,they are both great magazines if your an 89 fan. The cars in the magazines are replicas or studio promo's they are not the number 1or 2 originals .The cars I believe were made by Carl Casper , you would have to ask Jack for sure.If you really want a super magazine, DH found A magazine from Japan called Model Graphix back in 1989. This magazine has several great shots of the real car with the hood off,You will have to ask DH what month it was published ,my Japanese is a little rusty.

Best bet would be to keep a look out on Aussie Ebay (www.ebay.com.au) . I have come across this issue a few times (I did have two at one stage, but gave one away).

I'll keep an eye out at swap meets also for copies and grab any that i find.
