Hi Everyone,

I've been trolling these boards for the last few years and am hoping to get started on a build of the Keaton batmobile sometime in the next year.  Still doing a lot of research.

I'm 33 years old and in Toronto Canada.  I'm hoping to make this a father son family thing.  My brother in law works at the Honda assembly plant as a line manager, and my Dad has a lot of friends who restore classic cars.

Myself, I have a bunch of experience with fiberglass fabrication (sub enclosures, gauge pods, headlights, widebody kits).  I've been doing a lot of modifying and customizing of what currently is my Batmobile, however I'm looking to build the real deal.

I've been wanting to build this car for the last 10 years, but have been waiting to gain some experience and get the right environment for what will be a long build over a few years.

I've been looking at some of the "kits" out there and it seems like quality of these kits have come a LONG way over the last few years.

I look forward to participating and contributing more to the CLTC.

Here are some pics of my current batmobile.  Did all the bodywork and paint myself in my attached garage

Thanks for the welcome Shaggy,

I've got a bunch of pictures of the Onstar car that I have to post up for others to reference.  I just need to scan them.  I took them a few years back when the car was on tour and got some up close pictures at the Detroit Auto Show.

Tim

Cool, thanks for your will to share, maybe you could help some of us solve the question as to what those side mechanics all consist of .
