I hope the Tumbler will be back in the third movie. It'd be nice if it HAD come in black (which Wayne somehow managed to sneak out of the building), and there's a spare camo-painted one back at the prototype lab.

"I WONDER IF YOU CAN DRIVE IT AS WELL AS BUY IT?"

LOL

This things was made to be fully functional, to do "it's own stunts" and all.
I think you probably could buy it, but it will suck you dry if you're not very wealthy.
Besides, you're not allowed to use this thing on the road, and I doubt you can without some proper practice.
Most people would probably drive over a lot of things with this monster of a machine.
What I personally wonder about is how well you can see outside.
The front-windows alone look very blocked by the chassis and the rest is pretty much closed up.
Unless they put like cameras in the back for screens in the cockpit.

By the way, I have to say that I did miss "the Batmobile" featuring in the movie a bit.
Because you know how the previous movies would focus a bit on "the cool car" in some scenes and showing off features it carries.
Well, it's not really in there besides the driving of it, which is cool though.
But the focus is more on the outside than Batman using it on the inside also.

I guess it's the kind of feel there was like "OK, I'm here in the car with Batman experiencing the ride." and instead now it's like just looking at a car-chase or something.

That mostly counts for 'Begins' I guess, since 'The Dark Knight' makes up for it through a lot of other things in the movie.

Hay, is it a modified Corvette?
Or is it just the wheels they use there in one of the pictures?
