I regularly visit the "Cars of the Stars" motor museum - in the town of Keswick, northern England. The museum owns a number of 'authentic' Batmobiles. Having visited 5 or 6 times over the last 10 years, I've seen the "original" TV Batmobile (from the 1960's) and the Kilmer model (from Batman Forever).

However, I've never yet seen the '89/'92 Keaton model - which the museum says it owns. See: http://www.carsofthestars.com/

The Keaton car has simply never been on display - as far as I'm aware. I've also heard the museum owns a Tumbler, but that isn't displayed either. Surely fans of the Batmobile would like to see the Keaton car, and the Tumbler also. Indeed, I'd say there'd be more interest in either of these cars than the Kilmer model.

Has anyone any idea if the other Batmobiles ever go on display at the museum? If not, does anyone know the owner of the museum - and, if so, might they suggest that the other Batmobiles be displayed?

Finally, does anyone know if there are any other Batmobiles available to view in the UK?

Thanks.

Sorry missed this thread.....

There are posts about the 89 in COTS (use the search feature). Dr Nelson should be putting it back on display this year !
