So I was thinking more about the topic of transferring this amazing vehicle into the real world. Every state has it's own laws such as maximum width, height of headlights, etc, but I wanted to focus more on the more generic laws, such as a visible license plate. For instance where in the hell would you mount a license plate on the Tumbler?

That's what I've been thinking for the rear one the rear at least should be high enough, the top is even with the middle of the tires 22" off the ground. And the front I would guess to be ok too (think Corvette)

| The whole idea of putting plates on a tumbler is crazy... I mean.. if you own one.. your probably only 1 of a few people in the world. So you SHOULD just be able to register yourself as the owner of one and thats it!!! But I guess the rules is rules and they need to be followed. Brad.

Thats a pretty good point Brad Hey does anyone have any basic rules for street legal in the US? Maybe some of the stuff that is standard in all 50 states. I have talked to the DMV and the State P office that does the inspection and no body seems to know anything. Also tried the big local shop for old car stuff but no luck. Next I'm going to call some of the local kit car clubs. Mostly I'm curious about bumpers, wheel coverings, lights and where they have to be located. I have learned you can't have red or blue lights pointing forward, which makes sense. And 102" wide is a national standard.

| Hey Chilebean good looks, I’m over in Florida and I did have a PDF of most of the laws. Have to find that. But your right about nobody knowing what to do. I don’t even know what a cop would right you up for if you ever got pulled over. They wouldn’t and think the next cop will right you up.
