wow have I lost track of time! To answer your question its craft foam. here my latest update. I now have a returns foamie suit, begins and working on TDK and the batman cartoon which is sculpted from couch foam, starting a sonar. heres a few pics of the TDK begins and returns along with a begins 3/4 cowl

Thanks shaggy. I have my cape, its just a cheap 5$ cape I found a party city... I'm pretty much done with my suit, just a bit to lazy and hot to suit up. I'll be at san diego comiccon in my suit but only for a few hours and then I will get out of the suit before I get a heatstroke and change into normal clothes Anyways I will post more pics soon
