I started working on this when I started the tumbler. This is actually the second version of this whole thing. I wasn't happy with the first. I made this suit exactly the way they did on the film, which is foam latex. If you watch the SE DVD "cape and cowl" section, everything they did, I did. everything, no short cuts. not a quicky project. winding down though. This is a copy for Bob C., and he is putting together a KILLER display with it. done on my bodycast. Just whole bodycasting thing is massive because you have to make a master mold, then run a bunch of copies for various parts of the costume, and for various stages of the build. I sometimes think that the batsuits done like this, are as much of a elephant to eat as these darn cars. You guys aren't gona believe what Bob C. has done with his 95' car. I can't talk him into posting anything yet. this will blow your mind. Makes us all look like pikers.
