Needing some help with a Lamborghini Gallardo. Trust me this is just a concept Ive been thinking about to make a batmobile, because as far as I can see the specs are perfect for this car except one part. The back. Look at the diagram below to see what I mean. I dont know how to change this. Should I just go custom? Any other chassis suggestions?

Hey Eden, i dont know much about those chassis, but if i may make a cheaper suggestion, instead of going with Pricey parts from such an expensive car, why not go with a replica kit that has all of the same charactoristics?

http://www.lambobuilder.com/chassis/index.htm These frames look like they would fit that model batmobile just right in my opinion.  AND they are built with a Corvette Engine, as you can tell in this picture.

also if you recall in that rendering i did for you, there were TWO radiators slanted at a 45° at the rear end (i think that is what is sitting at the end of that car that you are asking about.   So in the rendering that i did for you, i just created a peice of the body to curve around the radiators.   I also stretched and skewed the body here and there to make it work, but kept proportions as best as possible considering the body needed to fit the chassis, not the other way around.

Of Course, there is option 3, relocate the radiator(s) to one radiator in the front of the car, slanted backwards like a corvette for better hood clearance, like this.

Thanks so much Shagg! Ya I did want to re mount the radiator. I want it to be identical to the actual car but everything inside is my ideas... and yours. I want to put a LS9 in it once it becomes available. I was also thinking the Diablo chassis. Its small and cheaper. Although I would be putting a full roll cage and even a roll cage for the engine like on a Murcielago roadster. Brembo Brakes and Subaru Tribeca based interior except with a more bat motif, AKA
5 point harness and such. Again thanks for all the help!

Thanks Jack, its always good to see a comment you leave for me. And thank you too Eden for your positive response to my suggestions. I got some more ideas but I'm going to learn
Google SketchUp before i post these idea's. Perhaps they will interest you to, and save you money in the long end of things.
