| Oh, I should probably note that not every line is a fold line some of them are just the geometry of the model. As I build this I'm finding the Tumbler is much much more complicated than it looks upon casual inspection. And with every new photo I see, I see something new. Also it looks like every Tumbler built for the movies is different in some way. I think this is the first time that I was genuinely stumped as to where to start modeling.

| Hey Chilebean I always said I had a hard time wrapping my mind around the Tumbler body. I did a little foam mock-up and then tried to build the chassis within the limits. I've never been a traditionalist, so modifying the Tumbler design was an easy decision. Even looking at the drivetrain I always felt the inline was simplicity in action. I was glad to see you had incorpated that into your model design. That's what this build log is all about.....BWD

Chilebean, OMG, that looks awesome, you printed it out and tested it, and it looks DEAD ON! I think you should print the rest of it out and do it with the rest of it, just to see what it would look like complete! . Keep up the great work my friend! ~Shagg

I think thats as far as I'll go with the paper model. I have a butt load of card board in my garage. So I think the next step should be full sized panels. First I have to unfold the rest of the panels but if I can get it mocked up in cardboard I can use those to start fiberglassing. yay!For further explanation on the actual and/or relative volume of said "butt load" please refer to MT35. Thank you.
