What he is trying to say is that Mark Towle assured him that he wasn't infringing on any of WB's Copy Rights or intellectual properties.

I wouldn't doubt if Mark has already pissed away all the money the guy has given to him and is looking for another mark to rob Peter to pay Paul.

The Lawyer looking after this case has probably already undertaken an asset search of Mark. Therefore, they could apply to the court to have all Mark's assets frozen and disposed of if he does not pay up. And of course if Mark has already disposed of his assets pending any legal action, such as having his assets frozen, then the court can reclaim them as well! Suspect Mark should pay up or hand over the Batmobile before WB decides it wants to get involved as well for bringing thier good name in to disrepute.

Yep!

We're STILL crankin out the bat toys!

yeah, I know... the costume is kinda cheezy (Even the GF hated wearing it) But I've used up all the other Batsuits that are out there on other posters. You know I'm gonna photoshop it when I do the background anyway, just needed it for reference points.

And this surprises you.... because? lol

I on the other hand, packed my British client's Batcycle off to the port. Ship sailed an hour ago for the UK.

So while, admittedly REALLY LATE, I'm proving that EVERY customer of mine gets EXACTLY what they ordered... EVENTUALLY. lol

And now, I'm turning my sights on spending a little time "further EAST" and doing a little "fat bat" glassin with someone who's gotten a little tired of crankin out and is gonna help me increase the number of  sightings in the UK.

Dude, don't worry about the small parts I'll bring THOSE molds when I come snag my new Batcycle canopies!

well its been a while but i am back. to bad they couldnt get it together. i used to try and give i benefit of a doubt to all buiders as i know first hand there are customers that just cannot be satisfied if you made it out of gold. but they have so many complaints against them now they need to clear it up or get out of the business. . p.s. i am no longer making fiberglass bats just all steel 66bats. hope to visit more now that i have a little more time and a new computer. take care everyone

... There aren't enough "I told you so's" in the world to keep up with the Geek / Towel team.

.... Not sure why you didn't realize this earlier, when they were harassing, threatening, lying, deceiving, etc, all right in front of your eyes....

Hey John - Any pics of the steel Bat to check out? Been dying to see one since Currie used to offer them (not sure if he still does, or if any actually hit the streets). How about an all steel '89??

well as for a 89 steel bat that would be very hard to do and very heavy. as for mine i will post some build pix from time to time. hey can anyone tell me why i cannot go to most of the threads, it says you have to be registered but i am register. i was not sticking up for anyone they did not bad mouth me so i did not bad mouth them but over time the number of complaints against them have added up so i had to say something about it. i dont think they will be in business much longer their all but through.
