Oh yeah by the way...I found my rear tires and rims.

I'm loving these!

Conrad, you may check and see if those ball joints are even replaceable, alot of the sport quads aren't.  If they are, a ball joint press could press it our without removing the a-arm. Its looking sweet!!! I love the rear wheels!!

Hey Dave..thanks!

Here's the finished welded front arm assembly. I definitely won't win any awards for asthetics, but I'm happy with the welds. and i did recess some of the plates in between the tubing for additional bracing. that took alot of grinding.

So on with the butchering. I cut the A-Arms and, not unlike the A-Team building with whatever's around, I'll use some square tubing to bolt the lower arms on.

I love it when a plan comes together.

So are you dressing like Mr.T and playing the A-Team theme song as you build? you could play some eye of the tiger too.

ooohhh Hey Conrad I like the webbing....looks mean and strong....Now is the axle going to move up and down together and then the upper and lower control arms are going to move up and down? Is that redundant? I'm a little dense so keep the explaination simple.    I love the look of you Pummeler.......hahaha....BWD
