| hah! the name youngbat was a joke a long time ago, because I'm probaly older than most of the people hanging around the Brotherhoodofthebat. I was mostly known for making batsuits. I have made every single movie batsuit cept' the Batman and Robin stuff, though I did just a sculpt of the nightwing suit for a guy a while back. I have been doing most of this stuff by looking at photos, cause when I started 20yrs. ago that's all you could get. So I took the same approach here. You learn to read lens distortion, and things being closer to the camera, and farther away etc.. I'm 55yrs. old, but I people guess me to be anywhere from late 30's to mid 40's. I stay in pretty good shape 5'11" 165lbs. run 2-4miles a day etc. me in my foam latex BB suit. sculpted on my bodycast, made exactly as the original.

| Yeah I'm 49 but people usually think I'm 49. I'm 6'-1' and weigh 215 lbs sorry I'm always competing. I think I'm taller, bigger and younger than you....I drive 30 to 40 miles each and every day. I've been trying to whip myself into shape but I'm deathly afraid of ending up on Dr.G's autopsy table with people standing around saying "wow he's the picture of health, only he's dead". I'd rather have them think "wow how did this guy live so long. His body is totally used up..He must have had a good time". Of course I'm only joking and I applaud your workout efforts. I got to run but I look forward to some chassis pictures. All this texting has got me hungry....BWD

| BWD, don't know if I can really get any kind of full chassis shot at this point. I am just finishing up putting each body part on, and what a massive pain in the butt. To get down to where I could take a picture of the chassis any longer than say, 1ft., I would have to strip ALL the body parts off, keeping track of all the mega amount of nuts and bolts, then take the underbody off which is like a singular car body in itself, and unless I had a REAL good reason to do this, none of this stuff is gona move anywhere. I will take shots from the front like you see in the original car. there you will see probaly exactly what you have seen on the original, the "'t" thingy that holds the prone shocks, with the conical spacers, and 1/2" thick plate, the wishbone arm with the shock underneath, the gunbay area(I can get down in there from inside), and the suedu piston like things that you see on the original car. got it copied to a "t". My chassis is integrated into the body. sort of like one item serves a multiple of tasks type thing. So my chassis was built simultaneously as I built the body. I had to do this as I wanted the likeness to be exact as I could, hence, had I just built the chassis guestimating the body closeness, I risked being off. and an inch off on this car is huge. This way I have the chassis exactly where I want it in relation to the body, or body parts, and can use the chassis to full advantage. But, in order to do this, I had to follow a particular order of doing things. i.e. really had to think this whole thing through. Hey your in pretty good shape!. Stay that way. about two months ago I had a friend exactly my age, they found him slumped over in his front yard. I stay young(bat) as long as I can. but I know only too well that it will not last forever.

| youngbat First off your tumbler and bat suit are great. I was wondering if you had started on the wings? I didn't see them in any of the pics. I'm asking because I am curiouse of what dimensions you came up with for them.
