Hi again all,

To answer some questions, I am using regular Plaster of Paris. It comes in 25 n 50 lb bags at Home depot for about $12.oo for the larger bag. If you want it to harden faster, just add a few tablespoons of table salt to the water BEFORE ADDING THE PLASTER. The nice thing of this type of plaster, is that its easy to smooth, and hardenes relatively uniformally. So there are less really really hard areas, next to a soft spot.

I was sent a private message, but it wont let me access it to see what it's about.

Bill

PS: More pix coming soon

Thanks Jack.

For whats it's worth gang....... if you EVER try and cut a car windshield down so it can be used to help make your vehicle street legal.... A dremmel flexable extension shaft is a must. I used a diamond wheel," which was actually only $5.oo", and plenty of water to keep the glass cool.  I'dfound a rear windshield from an import that had the PERFECT curve, but it exploded 2 times....AARGH !

I'm starting to think that mine is going to be the cheapist build on here since that guy screwed plywood wings to his honda, and proclaimed it to be a Batmobile!  LOL

The various fiberglass colors are because I use what materials are available to me. In the case of the red rear wing, it's because the dacron material I got was Simply ....RED. Big shock huh?  The next pic showing my girlfriend standing next to the wing, looks about a foot and a half taller that it really is. The car's on a pair of cement blocks so I can get under it to work.

Bill

PS: Thanks again Jack for geting the pix up for me. Justin has alot oh his plate rite now.
