i know its a little late but i turned 20 a couple of days ago, 3 december and i did get my driver licens in the morning that day  2 years after i got old enought to take it...it was a pain in the ass to drive becuse the weather really sucked it was drizzling and a couple of inches of snow slush.. im so sorry if my english is bad (again) im swedish ffs
