I can remember Clint having the same complaints as Chris, crappy paint, wood screws holding the car together, no wheel wells; everything just slapped together, suspension springs cut with a cutting torch. Your wooden gate hinges you installed in his car then you claming Clint did that, nice try though. Both doors missed aligned with three to four inches in play. Your famous roll tape dash that fell apart once he got the car home. The list goes on and on, you copied his seats and claimed them as your own design.
I have a copy of the video would you like to see it?

Mark just a quick question. I'm staying on the fence on this one but do you have any emails/responces/letters from customers who were delighted with a replica you sold them that might turn this thing around for you???

I wanted to stay out of this but I do have to add my 2 cents. Based on the pix from CA I would have to say that in my opinion that is one crappy paint job. In fact I would say it's the worst ever. Everything that can go wrong in paint did. Orange peel, dirt or dust, pin holes in the filler, and the shot of the top of the door looks like it has more waves than the CA coast. You can see in both sets of pix that the top lights are a little larger (so what), the shifter bars do look pretty bad, misaligned and the same for the holes, the roll bar trim has been moved (so I don't get that one), but what's the big deal over the bolts and the other little stuff? The big thing is the bodywork, prep, and paint just plain suck. There is no way I would take it out in public. No way. The fit and finish is horrible. Mark if you had did this or had it done them I'm really disappointed. I know you do better than that. If you had it done then you need to get a refund from who ever did it and refund CA money. If you did it at the least you should cut him a check for $10k so he can fix it. The other BS oh well just fix it. Anyway, that's just my take.

In my opinion Mark you should offer to buy the car back or give him on really nice refund to cover the repairs. Oh and don't let it happen again because we all respect you and know you can do so much better. Well that’s my opinion.

Now back to or regular program.... The 89 Batmobile.
