Got in another 6 hours of welding but some of it was very tedious because it was a lot of work for just a little better fit. all important but not like I could stand back and see a big difference. The areas were the front pod I put a cross brace and two angled tubing that will make up part of the skid plate. I reinforced the rear air intake area and backed up the driver side door. Also there was a piece on the front panel that was done very different from the right side. Both worked but I had to go with the right side version.

here is the driver side door frame

The position of the rear air intake looks good and helps to fill out the bottom of the miniT

Today I ended up working 3 hours on the miniT because we had an emergency sales meeting. I was able to get two wing mount platforms welded up and installed on the miniT so lets call that done!!! Tomorrow I have an early design meeting but based on when I get back I should have some time to weld. I'm about to get some "No Mercie" parts painted and returned to me so I may end up shifting to fiberglassing next week. Also just paid the frieght to have my lambo body molds shipped to me next Wednesday. Wow is this really happening Im going to get those parts I paid for back in January?....Geeze!!! I have Saturday morning to weld a little and Sunday will be a bust because I have to pick up my uncle in San Jose and then going to meet Terry at my house after 12:00 noon. He's bringing his dune buggy so we can see how much modification will be required.

Here is the back of the miniT. Remember this is not a chassis but a frame to fit over an existing dune buggy so the tubing is quite light weight, It will be used as a guide for a much more heavy duty chassis I will be building for my miniT
