It will likely effect all unlicensed products from Batmobiles to replica star wars sabres, all replicas, Herbie, Echto-1, Kitt, etc.... cosplayers, and anything being produced without paying the creator and trademark owners.

Fan Based might be fine if you don't try to make money with it but where are you gonna get your fiberglass kit and parts? Once this comes down the last providers will shut down and only licensed Builders that build only 150-K finished replicas will likely be left. Right now there is only one that is licensed. Yes this is happening. It's real.
If the court sides with Towle, this case will have serious implications for the entertainment industry. This would allow any person to start selling replicas of famous objects from movies, such as light sabers or the General Lee. To prevail, Towle will have to establish that DC has no protectable rights in the Batmobile—an argument that many think will hard to establish. On the other hand, if the court sides with Warner Bros., the decision will have important repercussions for all owners seeking to protect their intellectual property across platforms and product lines, and wishing to prevent others from encroaching upon valuable sources of consumer products revenue.

It appears there has been a rumor floating around that I was offered a Batrodz kit as a settlement. I have never been offered anything from Mark Towle built or provided by Batrodz, Let's just get that straightened out right now. It never happened, not a Kit not a roller nothing.

Just left a hearing by Phone in the Superior Court, I am allowed to file my Cross Complaint against Mark Towle and Amend my Answer. Mark Towle chose not to oppose the filing of my Cross Complaint and Amended answer. The Documents will be available for review as public documents through the Superior Court of Riverside California in a few weeks in case anyone wants to review them.
