WELL ERIC!!    I am so happy that you liked your gift! You know me and your dad will never let you down when it comes to "BATMAN". I know you probably can't read this, but in a few years you will. I hope some day I will get to meet you and do a batman birthday party specialty for you.

Sorry I haven't got to you sooner Shaggy, been pretty busy rounding up all my backstage crew for the Fourth Of July Show. Yes, Its here again!!

i read that to my son Terry, he was asking afterwords "watch batman car? Eric a-see it?"

I'm playing around with this idea where i want to mold the cabin, and the the majority of the panels all as one large piece. This will highly simplify the build-a-bility of the kart, but will create a headache when it comes to figuring out the mold lines to be made for something as complex as this. lol. Good thing is I will only have to do it once. I'm thinking i might just do it.

For detail reasons there are several panels that were left off this step. They will be molded separately and attached after the cabin is created. But i will have to mold those separate parts first, THEN mold up the cabin, in that order.

Possible mold lines started. This may vary later. But i'm giving it a try.

Shaggy that looks good, but it might be better to remove the two pieces that are marked and cast the whole front surfaces.

well it might, not to sure, It seems that it might be structurally stronger to have one larger piece then a few smaller, I dont know Ive never messed with the fiderglass stuff.

I've messed with fiberglass before, but not in the molding sense. So i'm accustom to it, but not with gelcoat, and bolt/unbolt sections, blah blah blah, yaddah yaddah.
