Hey Conrad, thanks for the kind words. Sorry i made you late bud!
I think i'm gonna take a rest on working on the upper intakes and that sweeping panel, i cant for the life of me get it right. On my previous model, before i started making all these changes, i had problems with that same area.
So to keep from getting frustrated and messing it up more, i think i'll turn my attention elsewhere.

turned my attention to the front suspension and steering again. Here you can see the starts of a steering rod, etc.
close up of some of the detail:
And how it looks installed so far

Starts of the brakes, and wheel hubs mounted, need to line them up, but mounted none the less
My model is starting to become unstable, im thinking its because of all the detail i'm adding. The file size is close to 75 megs and growing with each piece i add I hope that it doesn't become so unstable that i cannot finish adding to it .

im thinking about it. But i might lean towards the "screen used" version rather than the racey interior that was in all the stunt cars. What do you think?

that sounds good but you might think of doing the inside as a compleatly differant set of files because with all the detail it is going to realy slow down the computer if not lock it up. I know that when I was doing the T-kart and I would pull up the full assembly my computer would REALY slow down and some times freeze and compleatly shut down the program. if that does start to happen then you might want to look into more RAM or a better grafics card/driver.

Thanks for the input T-man. The detail on my model is very low at the moment. I dont really understand why the file size is approaching 75 megs large. Its weird because my Tumbler has less detail than this model:
Yet it is only 5 megs at most. so weird. (no i didnt make the optimus)
Here is a wire frame of my model, not many sides as you can see.
But on a good note, i started working on the hatch system im hoping i can animate it to open, with physics, but again i've not mastered that just yet.
