Shaggy this model is turning into a Masterpiece....seriously. add the fact that Bob-who-should-be-working-in-Hollywood-Youngbat Wayne is confirming and "consulting" will make this (I suspect) the most accurate 3D model out there besides the OEM.

F'ing Great Work.

...does it come in black?

Thanks for the kind words Conrad! The reason i'm doing this is because i'm prepping myself while i have time for my full size build once i get to Washington. My wife is STILL foaming at the mouth to have this car presented to her in full size, not just a 3d model. And the more accurate i can get my model, the more accurate my build will be. BUT on that note, its not going to be perfectly close to the original. As can be seen in this picture line up.

Batmobile

All my measurements, from my model, in comparison to the picture itself, measure no more than 2 1/2 inches off from one another. So since i can get it that close, its good enough for me.

Whats gonna really freak you guys out is the purpose of the build when i do get it started. Its one of those "thinking out of the box" reasons

shaggy, note also that as you hand build this full-size, just the hands on human error thing will kick in. i.e. if each piece is 1/8" off, x's X no of pieces, it can be inches. Or in other words the size of it all and the mass amount of pieces that have to be positioned in all sorts of odd angles is hard to keep track of. Also this project will own you for about 5 yrs. Hey Shaggy, great work as always. Lots of great input from everyone. Now I have a glimpse of what Youngbat has accomplished and its mind boggling. I was just talking to Rick yesterday about Bob and the fact that he is building it all by himself. That's amazing. When Shaggy starts his full size hopefully his will go faster because of all the great input at CLTC.

Bob's discussion on the angles and how one small 1/8 measurement off can multiply throughout the rest of the project is so true. Great insight.....Nice job Shaggy....BWD
