I had used Sherwin Williams aircraft paints for years now they have a full line of automotive paints, check them out.....

Aren't some of those water based as well?  Not exactly sure how they work exactly, but supposed to be just as good, a lot less nasty due to less chemicals, and more enviromentally friendly.
