So I had the opportunity to be up close and personal with the OnStar car a few years back. I was looking at the photos tonight and noticed a panel for the clown tippers. Is it a known fact that there are clown tipper panels on the OnStar car already? Oh, this car is clearly an 89, too. (we’ll get to that later)

Anyway, I'd like to get your opinions on the clown tippers on the OnStar/89 car. Before I post pics and Tim makes me look like an *** for trying to add some info into the bat community.

I think you mean "mis-info"...  And since you brought it up, they are clown trippers, not tippers.  However, be sure to tip your clowns well, they work very very hard.

So do you want to see the pic or not?
Is it a known fact that the "trippers" are on this car or what?

I couldn't figure out what this panel could be other than the tripper.

Batmobile

Jack,
I didn't want to post the pic if this was a known panel on the car. why bother wasting peoples time. If you guys wanted to see it, I would post it.

I have seen that picture before, which car did that come from?

Is that panel only on the right side.

You may have seen a similar picture. I personally took this picture in 2001 or 2002. This is the OnStar car (I think it's the number 1). This is the first time this photo has EVER been on the net.

I didnt get a chance to check out the left side, so I cannot say for sure.
