Well J-man,
that's because if I want to convert my car back to the Futura, I know where to put the microphone to hear the traffic. Sheesh, do I have to explain everything? :confused

Darren, did you ever print out Tim's PDF of the grills and tape the papers together edge to edge (not trimmed or overlapped, which is what I think you said you did)? What was the overall length from corner to corner like the picture I emailed you?

Tim I'm correct in saying that the PDF had to be printed 100% and then each page taped together edge to edge, correct?

Like it matters but I would still like to know where the size difference is since I took the ouline from the outline on my GA.

I tried it both ways and the curvature was too much of an arch.

Kevin, print it out, tape it edge to edge, cut it out, put it on your car, take a picture, and post the picture please.

This would be a project right up my alley. would not cost much. someone would have to provide me with a positive of the surrounding area of the vents. If they didn't have vents, were some of the car just sort filled in, if so that would be a problem, or a pain getting it to be functional, and not just cosmetic. Ideally the body should've come out of the mold with a recessed area ready to accept the vents. Then vents that are open, drop into place, and actually serve as a sort of drain.
