that is not the first mock up according to the begins DVD. you should check it out.

It looks like it was the first prototype after the fifth model built by Nolan. The model in that pic looks sculpted, not like a kitbash.

That's the same kitbashed model as the other Begins artwork thread pics. It was brought into Mattel by Nathan and a bunch of us took pics and dimensions. It's roughly the same size as the Mattel toy Tumbler and the tires were off-the-shelf RC items. The greyish-white on the model was from talc that was spread all over it to get a clean 3D scan at WB.

All kitbashed, I took that pic btw.
