The Exhaust cone is a recalled part from a J-model C-130 Engine. Should be able to use any exhaust cone as long as it's from a small jet engine.

Here's a close-up of the exhaust tips.

I do wish I could mass produce these for you guys. I've got a lot on my plate right now but maybe someday I will have some extra time. I will gladly tell you how I made them, if that would help anyone.
