It can't be a Jay car the turbine is in the proper position. Jays cars are in upside down.

I know the original 89 was in Japan on a publicity tour back in, well, 89. I got some pics that they gave me at WB from that event and i'll try to scan them in. There was an old Hobby Japan magazine that had an article also. I think they had the Batsuit there along with weapons, props, etc. The turbine is on the right way in that photo so that's already pretty rare, and dated.
