So here are my prototype (flowerpot) hubcap and "flying rodent", both of which I designed myself, and printed on my ginormous 3D printer. Keep in mind there are PLA prototypes, so only 3 print layers and 20% infill to print quicker. Final install units will be a heat resistant material and at least 6 face layers and 40-50% infill.

What makes my setup unique is that the "flying rodent" does not rotate with the spinning wheel (just like a RR floating center cap), and the method of attachment for the hubcap requires no tools and is also dead nuts concentric, so no more wobbling emblems...

So, been doing some playing here in the Lair...

Here's a replica TBM Avenger Throttle Quadrant microphone switch button I whipped up and test printed in a (very) low resolution (just to look at basic overall features). Added a coat of black and you get the idea... All I need to do is finish up the (complex curved) cover plate and I am ready to send files off to the printer and waterjet. Oh, and I am flipping the symbology, so the words read more accurately as the throttle, as installed as a gear shifter is actually backwards...

I've been playing around on what to do with the port hole. Build a piece of glass to finish it off, put the charge port there, screen/speaker it - there are several options. So, one of the ideas I came up with is a concept to put a flying rodent logo in the porthole, and then I further "improved" it to be on a standpipe so I could back-light it, just in case some uniformed idiot wasn't sure what he was looking at as is passes by silently (with a slight hum)... I will have to play with some LED types/colors to get the right hue, if it even looks worthy during mockup. Off to the 3D printer!

Thats a neat idea! the porthole has always been a part I wanted to make functional somehow

A little more part teasing. Not really feeling it with the "screen correct" steering wheel hub cover, I decide to make one a little more worthy. This is the low resolution PLA 3 face/20% infill test print for basic fit check. Final print will be high resolution PETG 6 face 50% infill and will be near as strong as the steering wheel...
