Used Bondo on imperfect seams yesterday and sanded today with Dura blocks.
I used a 4" long piece of the round block, a 4" piece of a 1" x 2' X 4" long, sand paper rolled into a 1/2" dia X 4" roll, and pieces of adhesive backed sand paper to fingertip sand hard to reach details.

Make sure you have good ventilation, and use a respirator. That stuff will make you loopy in a closed environment.

Thanks for the kind words.

Spent 8-hours working on my Tumbler and DOJ/Justice League Batmobiles.
Made 1-1/2" hole saw cuts through sides of nose cone weapons pod pneumatic cannons and welded 1" pipe with a T-fitting between the two barrels. Installed a dump valve into T-fitting.
Still need to mount an air tank, compressor, and firing linkage to the pneumatic cannons.

Spent 8-hours working on my Tumbler and DOJ/Justice League Batmobiles.
Sprayed nose cone weapons pod and access cover with two coats of Rustoleum Rust Reformer.
Next I will give everything a coating of Rustoleum matte black custom paint.

For some reason this paint looks green.
Checked cans and they are label printed with matte black.
Maybe as it dries more it will turn blacker.
Maybe wrong paint in cans.
If so, I will have to try another batch of paint and recoat. vertigo

Hahaha!
That is uncanny! (pun intended)
The can says "Matte Finish"... but the question is, what color matte?

That does look green. Weird.
Installed a dump valve into T-fitting. will you operate this by hand or will you install an electric valve later?

SLY
"Installed a dump valve into T-fitting.

Found an electric 1" pipe dump valve for 439.00 on line. Not worth it for something that most likely won't get much use.
I plan to just run some mechanical linkage or rigid cable with internal sliding cable from my 24.95 current 1" valve that I bought at Home Depot through the firewall to a push/pull knob/lever or a parachute handle.
