Hey All, I have this 3D model. I may do another build at some point in the future. CNC mill foam to make a shell and go from there. How's this model look?

Might be cheaper to buy a shell than to have it milled.

I have my own mill. I can mill approx. 1230mm x 860mm x 350mm deep. It would take a while to make it all, but in the end I'd own a set of molds.
This guy's youtube gave me the idea..

That's cool. Any interest in milling some DOJ Batmobile parts?

I've been breaking the model down into parts...
Should be interesting to see how much milling would be required to make a foam core. Anyone know the wheel spacing? Distance from center front wheels to center rear wheels? I've heard the cars about 20 feet long?
Brad.

PM sent.
Looking at the top right pic, the rear part looks different than the ones people are making here. Not that that is bad. In the one you have pictured, the rear section looks more like a continuation of the jet engine.
That guys work on his foam plug is quite exciting imo. I wonder what it cost him.

http://www.chickslovethecar.com/KeatonCar.aspx check there about the specs.. but like the speccs dosnt match up to the blueprints ( that still works, think the other ones that was up earlier had other specs)

I think I'd scale it to match an existing chassis. Anyone used a F350 chassis?

They look great!
I've got 3x3d printers and a cnc machine
What file formats are they I'd love to print a large scale one for the display?
