How many pieces did it take to get that curve? Did you cut it before gluing or did you make a rough shape and then sand/plane? I would love to know how you did it.
Also, what is the white filler you are using?

13 pieces of 12mm plywood cut roughly to shape on a band saw then glued together using normal wood glue (titebond) then roughly shaped using a carving disc in a 4" grinder then final shaping using spoke shave rasps and then finally finishing off with sand/grit paper the filler used is wood filler from a diy company in uk called wickes (it is basically a car body filler but made for wood).
