hey mate
Looking good so far.
I am 90% of the way through mine now (in just over 12 months) and I have managed to do it quite quickly, but it has been an enormous job requiring an enormous number of hours and an unlimited budget.
Whatever you think $$ wise, throw it out the window. there are so many small things that pop up along the way that just add up and up.
Tools wise, you need a welder and need to know how to weld. There is just so much welding to be done, it would be most beneficial to know how to weld.
The other thing that I think got me to where I am so quickly, is a hoist. It is a small $$ investment that will enable you to work 10 times quicker. Trust me...you need this.

Yeah he is one heck of a builder .. and yeah money and budgets need to be double what your thinking

Ive been working.....found out the head of my engine is cracked...have some piston rust...so thats gonna be fun...but one step at a time...the body will be here in a week so its go time!!!....finally got the transmission and engine block remounted though
