Not bad. I wonder what sizes they come in. But I'm getting ahead of the build, that's down the road a bit. (oooo.... bad pun. )

One guy sent me an email and suggested that I look into mobile cranes and other pieces of heavy equipment that drive to construction sites on the highways. The mobile highway crane idea seems worth exploring because if they are driving legal on highways at speed the tires must be DOT and since they are going to construction sites they must have more aggressive treads than truck treads. vertigo

I think I've found the answer to the tire problem. Mickey Thompson Baja Claw tires. http://www.jegs.com/i/Mickey+Thompson/672/2678/10002/-1?CAWELAID=230006180001403505&CAGPSPN=pla&CAAGID=15769068431&CATCI=pla-221386743431&catargetid=230006180037476669&cadevice=c&gclid=COqcj8aP1M8CFQIoaQodUH4N6g
It's a radial so OK on the street and it has enough of the look to pass. Get about a 34 inch tire for the front and a 46 inch tire for the rear.
Here's a video to check out: https://youtu.be/ja6ciWORm7k

SOME INFORMATION ON BUILD STRATEGY: MOCK UP VS DIRECT BUILDING THE DOJ
“I'm thinking that might be a good idea. I can work out concerns
beforehand and when I go to steel it will move much quicker. What do
you think?” sly
I believe building the whole vehicle in wood is a great idea because
fitting wood together is a lot easier than fitting metal. Once the
wood vehicle is completed you will know everything is fitting right
and you will have a set of fitted templates to translate into cut
steel parts. Rather than increasing build time, I actually think
building the vehicle in wood first, will actually save a lot of build
hours. vertigo

Has anyone completed a life-sized Batman vs Superman DOJ Batmobile replica?
YES
“Hot Toys, normally known for their smaller figures, out did
themselves at a mall event in Hong Kong back in early Mar-2016 by
building and displaying a life-sized model of the DOJ Batmobile. The
fidelity in this full-size edition shows just how damn good their
scanning tech and sculpting abilities are.”

Lots of pictures and information can be found at:

Anyone got any more information on this full-sized replica of the
Batman vs Superman DOJ Batmobile?

I was looking through a Northern Tool catalog and I noticed this HEAVY DUTY shelter that can be assembled in 1-2 hours. It looks like it would make for a great build space for those on a budget and needing a good quality space to work in.
The Shelterlogic ShelterTube is built to take on snow loads up to 43 lbs. per sq. ft. and wind speeds up to 80 MPH. This sturdy shelter features a 2in. square steel tube frame with a matte DuPont™ powder-coat finish that resists chipping, peeling, rusting and corrosion. The triple-layer, heat-bonded 9-oz. per sq. meter polyethylene ripstop cover is waterproof and UV-treated inside and out to stand up to the elements. Front 10ft.W x 8ft.H double zipper door is an easy entry point for even the largest vehicles and equipment. The included roll-up door kit helps open and close the door quickly. ThruBolt connections for maximum stability and a rock-solid structure. Ratchet Tite™ system improves tensioning for the cover. Cost: 1,000.oo vertigo
