| The Jefferson County Circuit Court has now ruled that John Scott Lee lied about Mark Towle and Kory Geick. Everything John Scott Lee claimed--about hsi Batmobile, his contract, website, monies owed, and his dying mother, are L I E S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why don't you switch your name to Batggirlll? It is more fitting!

The court ruling was for Jurisdiction only based on extremely questionable testimony but not given by me. Mark Towle and Kory Geick both gave statements that Kory Geick had never ever performed as Mark Towle's agent in representing his business. Now we all know how true that actually is now don't we? Is that the truth? There was no ruling declaring any lies by myself, because I haven't made any false swearings. I think the people of this board know better than to believe your rant, this case is by no means over. In fact it's just beginning. Thank You for your comment. Most people here have seen only a portion of the amount of work, money and sacrifice I gave for my car and yet it remains taken from me. People simply are not blind. They know who has the long standing history of not doing what they say they will do and being involved in one legal problem after the next. Most have already seen who did produce gave and sacrificed more than fairly. I to date have been paid little to nothing for all I sacrificed. They can clearly see what has been done to me. I have not yet begun to fight. I am not slain. This case will move forward either in California or West Virginia be advised I am and will have my Butts Replica and damages. If it does indeed go to California Courts won't it be so nice for everyone to be able to read the pleadings and see the evidence of what's been done to me? All Public and with easy web access. Won't that be sooooo NICE for you Scottleeslayer?? So really? When or if that happens how slain or how weak will your post above really be? I am still seeking witnesses in upcoming Civil Actions against Mark Towle.

I want to state this again as fact bcause it is true and I will prove it it in Court what I say is not defamation these are true facts. Mark Towle was paid $8,000 of my Money. Mark Towle was given up front a tremendous custom designed web site that was on the Web public and admitted by him to be awesome. The site I designed received a first page Google ranking for the Keyword search Batmobile replica and others. Mark Towle was given up front advertising with his promise of payment to me from him in exchange for YOUTUBE videos in trade for additional replica parts that he never gave me, these videos that brought thousands of views. Mark Towle was given up front with promise of lots of other work as well used on gothamgarage.net and a redesign of his forum as well as a story about Joey Moran that comprised many pages that I was never compensated for. Other work was required of me as well resizing photos for Kory to send to potential clients and other things.
To date Mark Towle has returned nothing to me in payment, nothing to me in barter but a badly built Beacon. For all of my efforts, my money my many years of working with his "friend" so called friend Kory but I say is his agent, I was repaid with nearly nothing and after I was forced to file a law suit against him by his actions and given no recourse but to do so at the point where I was finishing a second site during which he had violated nearly every term of contract. I was forced to sue him. He forced me to. He then sued me from California making a slew of false claims. A heinous frivolous suit filed by him against me.
Now I ask you, what kind of person does these things? All I ever wanted was my replica, I paid for it, I more than earned it I did all I could do to obtain it yet Mark Towle would rather spend thousands and thousands of dollars in attorney fees causing me, a single parent more hardship rather than just fairly give me what I have earned. This makes no sense. It makes no sense at all. I have never done anything unkind to Mark Towle other than refuse to give him upfront anymore work of mine after he had refused to comply with so many requirements of our contract and delayed my obtaining the replica for a tremendous amount of time.
What kind of person goes so far out of their way to hurt someone and persecute someone that spent years giving to him, spent years trying to help him? What kind of person would perpetrate something so awful so heinous????? What type of person would spend so much in Attorney fees to hurt someone that only gave and gave and gave to him for years? Who is Mark Towle and how can he justify his actions? How can he live with the things he does???? What kind of person is the real Mark Towle and what kind of person is the real Kory Geick that would give statements to a court that he has never worked for Mark Towle???? What kind of people would do these things? Would good people do these things? Would fair people do this???? Would they? Mark Towle took my money, my years of work, my designs, years of my effort, my loyalty and everything else he possibly could have taken till I declared NO MORE! I refused to allow him a downloadable second web site that by contract was to be a revision of the first small bandwidth HTML site that he forced me to grow into a second full sized web site.
I was never allowed access to pick up or obtain my kit from the first website and contract I had built for him. I had no choice but to agree to a second contract to attempt to obtain my kit. The second contract was for 4 months for me to build an HTML revision and for him to mount my kit on a Corvette donor. After the four months he had still not given me content. After 17 months he still had not completed the mounting of my replica and had still not given me all of his content. I refused to allow him to take from me a downloadable unprotected site when I had been given virtually nothing for all my efforts for many years. Because I refused him access to a downloadable site and refused to remove my marks of ownership without taking ownership of my replica he refused to complete the project. Mark Towle refused to do what he had agreed to even after I gave him all those years all that work and all that money up front. This second site he had already reviewed once that was protected and responded with revisions for. Evidently, because he could not have access to the site without it being protected from theft he refused to continue. Nothing had been returned to me in payment at this point nor since. He's since returned nothing to me but more hardship and legal battles. He violated every condition of our second contract by the 4th month.
All along while I was working to help him for many years he and Kory claimed I was their friend and used this claiming of friendship as a means to pulling more and more work from me while telling me possibilities when I objected stating that I would lose my money and car if I did not do as they said...friends??? and that I could not afford to fight them in the courts. WHAT kind of PEOPLE DO THESE THINGS???? What I have posted above IS THE TRUTH! Now can someone tell me what kind of people would do these things to a single parent with a little girl to take care of and make a future for? Can anyone justify this??? Can anyone?
I was very good to Mark Towle, I gave and gave and gave for years and he never gave back and still today he is not giving back. He is fighting me to keep me from what I paid for and more than earned. He knows this, Kory Geick knows this and most on this board know this as well. It's simply disgraceful that he would do this to anyone. I will keep fighting for what should be mine, that which I earned and paid for. Every day I have to deal with this injustice I incur more damages from Mark Towle. How can anyone with any morality do this to someone that helped him for so long and gave so much? How is it possible that anyone could do this to another person and his family yet feel no remorse nor guilt? It's simply beyond my understanding and probably beyond the understanding of everyone reading this that considers themselves to be a decent human being.
It's just completely heartless and mean. The posts above by scottleeslayer? I wonder who sent those messages? Is it really funny to break hearts, steal money, steal work, steal a vehicle.... hurt people, hurt a child that told her friends she would have a Batmobile Replica? The same child that was told by Kory Geick he was a friend and that she would have a Batmobile Replica over the phone numerous times now states emphatically that Kory is a very very Bad Man and can you argue with her? Can you blame her? She's 9 years old and she knows what has been done to herself and her Father as all of you know what has been done to us. You all saw the site you all know how much work it must have been. The second site was all but completed only needing some of his final content and it was done to his ever growing expectations and demands including following his instructions and some of his own sketches. When cam down to the final review of the project he bailed. He bailed on the project even after making me work 13 months past the terms of our contract and then denied me payment of my mounted replica.
Is it funny to laugh about a person's dieing Mother? Is it funny to hostage a person's money and work and then spend thousands of dollars trying to continue to hostage him with legal battles? What is so funny about all of this? What does Mark Towle stand to gain by doing this to us? Does he get to keep our money? Does he get to sell our Batmobile Replica? Does he get to laugh about a little girl being tormented in grade school by other kids because her Dad never received the Batmobile she told them she would get? Is that funny to Mark Towle? Is that funny to Kory Geick? Does Mark Towle get bragging rights that he did all this to a single parent and his little girl while spending more in legal fees than the replica was worth tying to get away with it? Does he get to laugh about it? To what end? For what purpose? At what point do his legal fees outweigh whatever reason he has for doing this to us? How long will people be talking about what he did to his own Web Designer? How much trust will he vanquish from anyone that ever hears about this? I never wanted to hurt anyone, I never wanted to file a Law Suit I wanted what I paid for and earned and I still do. My daughter wants me to fight. My Mother would have wanted me to get what I am owed. This I have to do.
So why is scottleeslayer laughing? Is it funny in some sort of twisted demented way?
It's not funny. What it is, is without conscience. There's is no excuse for any of this. It's completely unconscionable.

| Scott I think you missed the train on this one. At this point you would be just throwing good money after bad, I have no doubt that you will not ever see your Batmobile for obvious reasons. If you would have put in with DC law suit could have cut a deal with them to get your car when they confiscated the remaining unfinished vehicles. You could however get a judgment on a monetary award if you were to win the law suit, but Mark can’t be forced to produce a car he will not be able to build. As Dc has already won the law suit the courts would prioritize creditors and the court would put them first in line to extract any monies from Mark. All Mark would have to do is file for bankruptcy and his creditors would get next to nothing. It’s all a moot at this point.

MY CAR IS TIED UP IN LEGAL LITIGATION! We'll see about that. My car was built prior to this ruling. My Kit and my Corvette were owned by me if even withheld from me by Mark Towle without due cause. That is MY PROPERTY! DC Comics does not have the right to destroy my property nor withhold my property from me any more than anyone else would. If DC Comics gets hold of my Corvette and my Kit they would be well advised to notify me and return my PROPERTY TO ME.

The mounting of the car which is labor and non trademark materials only is all that was or is in question. The KIT AND THE CORVETTE I OWN! If what you are saying is true Kevin then DC Comics had better damn well go after your replicas and every one else's as well and get them ordered destroyed. If they simply choose to destroy mine only.... then they are wide open for a Civil suit from me. MY CAR was BUILT AND OWNED LEGALLY PRIOR just like everyone else's. Yours and everyone else's. MY CAR is in the same standing as all other replicas built by anyone unlicensed prior to this ruling. I have left this thread alone till now. The frivolous case against me filed by Mark Towle has been dismissed without prejudice in California. I am moving forward in my Cross Complaint against Mark Towle.
Evidently scottleeslayer, whom was likely Kory Geick has now lost his house to foreclosure and his kids and wife have left him as well. The horrible things done to others by Kory Geick and Mark Towle seem to be coming back to them 10 fold. Karma?

Mark Towle lost to John Scott Lee in California Superior Court a few days ago. Mark Towle was ordered to pay 35k plus interest and likely John Scott Lee's expenses. Where are you now scottleeslayer?

I'll just post this here. Scott Lee proved fully to the Superior Court of the County of Riverside that he did all he was supposed to and more to earn his replica. Mark Towle currently owes Scott Lee an amount approaching or at $44,000 which he has made no attempt at the time of this posting to pay. This proves fully that scottleeslayer as well as Kory Geick told nonsense to people that Scott Lee was at fault and did not do what he had contracted for. Kory Geick is lying scum and should never be trusted. Scott Lee was under Contract to design and provide 13 pages but was coerced and threatened out of 56 HTML pages over the course of 17 months in which he was not given the content to complete the site and then sued by Mark Towle from California fraudulently.
This order should make it clear to all whom the honest person is and always was in the dispute between Mark Towle and Scott Lee, also who the lying pricks and thieves were the whole time.
