The '89 is the coolest Batmobile ever in my opinion. Didn't really care for the other two models in that movie line, but that's just my taste. To me, the BvS Batmobile is the next coolest. The Tumbler is not bad either and of course the '66 has a special kind of vibe. I also like most of the animated cars, but not mentioning them as they don't get built very often.
If I was going to have the most "livable" batmobile I would want the '66 because it's the most like a real car. The '89 is probably the easiest to build simply because there is so much information out there on how to do it. The Tumbler would be next as you can get blueprints for it. The BvS certainly has some challenges, but I think it can be done, or at least a reasonable facsimile of it.
