This pushed my CNC to the limit milling to the maximum depth my bit would allow... then the flexible coupler broke so my X axis needed re-aligning... I got it close, but not quite right. Nothing a little filler wont fix.

From the front. The foam wasn't thick enough to make this as wide as I wanted. I'll cast a copy from the back to increase the width and put the two parts together over a steel frame.

Brad. Looking awesome! I'm finally tinkering with mine again after getting side tracked with a pool remodel this past summer etc. anyway. I found an older post where someone asked about the wheelbase and you said approximately 2310mm hub to hub based on your calculations. Now that yours is built is that a fairly accurate measurement? Thanks in advance!
