Hi All, I am new to the forum and I am enjoying reading about the Tumbler replicas being built. For me a full size vehicle is beyond my reach, but I enjoy building scale models, I'm going to attempt the 1:12th Paper model soon and wondered just out of interest are there any dimensions available of the full size Tumbler? Wheelbase, Track, wheel rim sizes etc? Sincerely Tom

Tom, Ive got files for a paper model if you need them to build a small scale model.

Okay..... How do I put this to you guy's? Personally, I would just love to see a bigger one .
I know for a lot of people, it is all about the size that makes them worry (no not that - filthy minded people). What I am talking about is, ya know the niggling thoughts of...
Where do I put it?
Do I have the space?
Will it get trashed by the kids/visitors/goons?
Will it get those dirty guys from CLTC coming over taking pics, drooling and smudging the paint job with fingerprints etc.
No really. To be serious, if my aim was a scale replica model for myself?
The size would have to go UP. I mean much bigger. Something, ya can't buy in any shop.
I am sure bigger is better, right? (Well in the case of Batmobiles) I sadly do not have a full scale car, but only a very small shell which I love ) But, if you made a larger model then you could really go to town on the details. Really do an impressive piece Can be made out of foam or cardboard, wouldn't worry me - just as long as you captured details and loved it too.
I mean, wouldn't you love to see a 1:3 or 1/2 scale done Now that would be a really great display piece
I am sure even HE might agree....

BTW: Sorry for coming over as a Joker and do post pics please
