October 30th 2014 Hearing Update
Todays Hearing was concerning my Motion for my Demurrer against Mark Towle's Answer to my Cross Complaint.
My Motion was sustained, Mark Towle's previous answer prepared by Wm. Greg Bennett his Attorney that has since left the case was ruled lacking in any stipulations or actual Defenses to my Cross Complaint. Mark Towle was ordered to rewrite his answer and have it filed within 30 days. A nice little win for me. Hopefully Mr. Towle will now have to admit or explain his many many Breaches of Agreement I have accused him of. Our Next hearing will be December 15. The case is going well for me. I was pretty happy today. The fight goes on for my mounted 1966 Butts Batmobile Replica and what I am owed by Mr. Towle.

CASE DISMISSED!
Today is a Very Happy Day for me.Today Mark Towle's frivolous case designed to force me to give up my work, my replica and my money was dismissed by the Honorable John Molloy of the Superior Court of California of the County of Riverside. Mark Towle's case was dismissed without prejudice which means he can never again cause more pain and suffering for myself and further losses for my family over the 2 contracts I was foolish enough to sign with him. All of his money, and his Attorneys could not stop fair Justice. Mark Towle is in Default now and I will be filing my Default documentation and proof of damages for my replica as well as my request for large damages with interest. Thanks so much for all that have sent me emails of support. It has been a difficult road and now I am in the home stretch! My prayers are being answered.
I wonder where scottleeslayer got off to?

Thanks Jimmy, I appreciate the support. I do want to make it clear that if Mark Towle does not want a 20 year long web site dedicated to telling my story, publishing my recordings and outlining exactly what was done to me he damned well had better release to me my replicar. I am very angry about all of this still. I did absolutely nothing to him but help him. Now that he can never make another false claim against me in the Courts concerning our dealings, and now all of you that were told by his liar sidekick that I did not finish my work or did the work can plainly see that I did more than I ever was contracted for and more than any reasonable sane person would have requested because his case was dismissed without prejudice. I proved this to the Superior Court of California County of Riverside that I did tremendous amounts of work and completed the 2nd contract. All that were told that this dispute was my fault or that I did anything wrong... You now have proof you were lied to.
I am putting the word out that I will go public telling the truth and never stop if I do not receive my replica. That goes for all the recordings, emails, nasty vulgar messages left, and more in the public record of Mark Towle as well as his little lying sidekick. I will make them all available on the Web and playable with the click of a button. Then I will work very hard to get it to the top pf Google Rankings. Mark Towle needs to understand that I am not the forgiving type nor the pushover he thought me to be. I will also begin a video campaign on YouTube of legal Parodys of a character based on him as well as cartooning this character and his sidekick all over Facebook and forums. It's my right to do so. The Character Mark Towel will become well known. Please spread the word.

A movie worth watching and very "True To Life" if you get my meaning... Yes it's all true what I've said about Towle and Geick. I am looking forward to putting Towle on Trial! I wonder how many of you were told by his Mouthpiece, Geick and Towle that they designed my work????? I wonder? I have their statements in declaration that they did and I was only implementing their designs and vision. I hope the Honorable John Molloy sets up some computers with graphics programs for us to demonstrate who actually designed the sites. That would be very rewarding for me personally. What this woman went through was horrible but what I was put through was very much the same. Watch the movie, Big Eyes when you get the chance, the true life story of a Con Artist taking advantage of a real artist.
