That's got to feel good. Being able to test drive it after all that work is probably a real nice feeling. Seeing it drop must have hurt...and all things considered if that were me I'd probably never take the side support wheels off. Accurate or not, I'd probably never trust myself to not drop it sooner or later.
Beautiful work.

First time it was dropped, I was pretty annoyed for letting the guy ride it... second time.. was my welder buddy... and I've come to realize as it's made of steel.. It's very hard to break!!.
This section of the bike takes the impact on the right side. It's pretty much unbreakable. Two bits of metal bolted together with a flat part that can bend it absorb some of the impact. Nothing a quick straighten and paint wont fix.
Authentic battle damage!!!
Also, as you've seen in the video. I've put the safety wheels so high they don't stop it from tipping over anyways.

I think I'm almost happy with the left arm guard.

I love checking up on this build, trying to plan my own and learning from your endeavors
I saw you mention elsewhere changing out to a different tire?

Left arm guard almost milled. Just doing the 3 hr finish cut now.
The tyres used by these guys are the largest road worthy motorcycle tyres available.
