Wow very nicely done! I been away for awhile but this one I'm going to follow a bit better. Your fabrication skills are pretty well established to it nice to see your "Slowly" project moving.

Did some more...
Welded the radiator / left foot support on.
Here's the right foot plate. Just need to bend it into shape.
Adjustable bracket for right foot plate. This will be bolted onto the frame so I can take it off to get the bike through single doors... and out of my backyard.
Left hand support axle bearing and mounting plate.
And yes it spins... but of course it wont spin but the axle will inside it.

Great work man! Interesting approach for knowing where that side of the rear "swingarm" should be... then I assume you'll add the frame tubing from there forward, up to the back of the footrest?

It's just an approximate position at the moment. The axle currently mounts onto the wheel plate by a bolt. I'll most likely need to trim up the axle a bit once the foot plates are all bent into shape and mounted with the top and bottom support bars. Once it's all set up correctly I'll have the axle welded. Everything is very close to my drawing, but the metal flexing that occurs when welding requires some fine adjustments. Also need to trim up the two supports where the foot plate mounts to the frame / radiator support.

I'm going to make the knee support bar adjustable. This way I'll be able to set it up perfectly for any rider.
Some more parts.
